Description
These truffles are widely used because of their similar characteristics to the white truffles. Their taste is very sharp, similar to garlic. Usually to smooth the strong taste is used with butter to make a cream. Can be used combined with oil, cut into thin slices, slightly heated with a dash of parmesan cheese. This makes it excellent on toasted breat, pasta, meat and fish.
