The “Complete Hand-Carved Cinco Jotas” includes twenty-six 80 g packages of pre-sliced Acorn Fed 100% Ibérico Ham, a package of diced Acorn Fed 100% Ibérico Ham and a package of chopped ham bones. The rashers have been patiently hand-carved, one by one, by the Cinco Jotas Master Carver experts.
