Description
Aroma:
Very subtle with floral savour of roses and peppermint. This wine is recommended for the appetisers.
Taste:
Delicate, with predominance of floral flavours, and with fresh ending.
Vinification:
Fermentation, using the process called “bica aberta”, lasted for nearly one month with temperatures varying between 14º and 16ºC.

100% Moscatel Galego Branco
Ageing:
The wine was kept for 3 months in stainless steel vats.
