Produced since 1986 and created by Tenuta dell’Ornellaia, the legendary Masseto is made from seven hectares of Merlot and considered by many as the Italian Petrus. Under the purplish red colour, the nose is intense and complex. Enjoy this dry, full-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases firm tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.
