Jean Leon Chardonnay is a white wine. produced by Jean Leon. This is an organic wine varietal Chardonnay. The grapes come from vines planted in 1991 and the harvest is done manually. The fermentation temperature of 15º carried out for 21 days. Later breeding in French oak barrels of 225 liters for about two or three months. The wine remains finally for a few months in bottle before being marketed.
