DOMAINE MOUSCAILLO BLANC 2009
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, from vines aged between 15 and 40 years. The clay and limestone soils enjoy three climates “Pyrenean”, “ocean” and “Mediterranean”. For vinification, cold settling is practiced, before the juice goes through the phase of maceration. The must then enjoys a half barrels fermentation 1 to 10 years of age.
