The field of Bongran operated by Thevenet Wine & Son, develops this Viré-Clessé from a chardonnay over 55 years planted on a clay and limestone soil covered with white marl. The vineyards are not far from the farm in the hamlet of Quintain and give, after handpicking, around 40 hectoliters per hectare.
