Citadelle Gin is based on a recipe developed by a distillery in Dunkirk in 1771. Dunkirk was a significant port for spice traders, and this influence is clear in this gin; starting with triple-distilled wheat spirit, Citadelle is made with a full 19 botanicals from around the world. The result is complex, layered, and compelling with a round, subtly sweet finish.
