CHATEAU FUISSE LE CLOS 2011
The Pouilly-Fuissé Château-Fuissé Clos comes from a single vineyard, surrounded by walls and adjoining the castle. The floor reveals a balanced ratio between clay and limestone which provides a rich, mineral wine. The vines have an average age of 45 and are harvested manually, with sorting of the grapes. The vinification is done in barrels, of which 80% are new.
