CHATEAU DE FARGUES 1995
The 15 hectares of vines that give birth to this Sauternes are in the southwest of the appellation, near Langon, in a land that mixes the serious and clays. You will find a majority of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes which are picked in several passages, once botrytis cinerea concentrated sugar and flavorings – it’s noble rot.
