The history of La Conseillante, one of the most famous wines ofPomerol after Petrus begins in the eighteenth century. CatherineConseillan, metals market in Libourne, is a vineyard of 12 hectaresbetween 1735 and 1776 and built the castle we know today. It givesits name to the area in 1754. After several changes of owners, the estate was bought in 1871 by Louis Nicolas.
The Château Lafleur is located east of Pomerol, a few hundred meters of Petrus. Since its creation in 1872, it is in the same family, although the family names varièrent. There was first the Grelouduntil 1915 then Robin until 1984. In 1985, Guinaudeau, representingthe 5th generation, show the operating leased to finally redeem in 2002.

Under the purplish red colour, the nose is intense and complex. Enjoy this dry, full-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases firm tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.
