Mateus Rosé Tempranillo 2012 has a bright pink colour.The nose is fresh and fruity, with lovely hints of strawberry. On the palate the sweetness and confectionary savoury is well balanced with a wonderfully fresh acidity. It has a smooth yet vibrant red fruit finish.

Vinification Details:

Still vinified as it has been for many years, using white wine techniques, with a long fermentation at strictly controlled temperatures. This process gives the product its unique colour, derived from juice fermentation whilst separated from the skins.
