L´ECU GNEISS 2007

Composed of 100% Melon de Bourgogne, this wine was made from grapes harvested manually. After receipt of the harvest by gravity, the wine has undergone a pneumatic pressing and fermentation in natural yeasts. He was then aged on lees in underground cellar. This cuvée of a gneiss basement is characterized by its minerality.
