JEAN MACLE CHATEAU CHALON 1997
jean Macle, today is considered one of the largest producers of Jura. His famous Château Chalon, better known as yellow wine, is the great myth among wine lovers. Historically these wines date back to the early sixteenth century. Making processes are similar to those of Jerez, with the exception of not adding alcohol fermentation, long aging wines, magnificent evolution and great complexity.
