HAUT CAMPAGNAU MONTIS REGALIS 2013
Montis Regalis is a dry white wine appellation IGP Côtes de Gascogne-product in the Top field Campagnau from Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc grapes. The vines are evolving on a clay and limestone soil and are conducted in organic farming. After exclusively manual harvest, the grapes are vinified by slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
