Dom Perignon 1985 Oenotheque is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grand Cru.These grapes come from the 1996 harvest, a year full of contrasts with a changingperiods when rains were not fully compensate for the previous summer drought. A month before the harvest, the combination of warm periods with the influence of the northeast trade winds produced the original maturity of the vintage.
