the Reflet d’Antan cuvée of the champagne house Bereche highlights the art of aging. By using the technique of soléra a perpetual reserve in whichthe wines of the last harvest each year is added before, a few months later, tobottling two thirds. In this soléra, which began in 1985, and found nearly 30successive harvests. The assembly is immutable: one third of the three mainvarieties of Champagne.
