The wine Faustino I Gran Reserva 1985 is made from three different varietals: Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo. In the winery he spent 16 months in cement tanks in which he conducted the malolactic fermentation and subsequentlyremained in barrels of American, French and Yugoslavian oak (whose averageage was about 15 years old) for 30 months
