MACLE COTES DU JURA 2008
Jean Macle, is considered one of the largest producers of Jura. His famous Château Chalon, better known as yellow wine, is the great myth among wine lovers. Historically these wines date back to the early sixteenth century. The production processes are similar to those of Jerez, with the exception of not adding alcohol fermentation, long aging wines, magnificent evolution and great complexity.
