Manually distilled in a copper column dating from the 1920s, the Elyx is a small-batch, hand-crafted sprit made from the finest single-estate winter wheat from Råbelöf, a family-owned country manor. Blended with underground spring water filtered through limestone bedrock, the end product boasts a beguilingly soft, silky mouthfeel.
